Today i started my weightloss programme but i also forgot to bring my weightwatchers points book to work as per usual. I had half a banana and half a pear for breakfast.
Will have a cup of soup and two slices of brown wholemeal bread with (no) butter :-( for lunch plus my water
For dinner i am haveing one chicken fillet cooked under the grill with garlic (garlic=0 points) with loads of broccoli and brussel sprouts(no points also) and two scoops of mash no buteer there either.
Exercise will be one hour of GAA training at a medium intensity and i might go for a walk with adam after depending on how i am feeling. I will let post tomorrow on if i actually stuc to any of these things or not haveĀ heavy wkn this wknd so trying to save some points for that. Can you belive a bottle of WKD is like 5 points?!!!!! Bulmers light is only one point a bottle so this is my new drink now whoop whoop
O yea the most important thing....my weight...im a size twelve okay....but i weigh like 12 stone !!!
so next tuesday hopefully it will be down a little bit. That's all for now hopefully tomorrow will be beter
